Black lace is one of those items you can never have too much of - its always makes you look and feel feminine, chic, and fashionable. Its also surprisingly easy to wear- because of its inherit ornateness it requires minimal accessories and is therefore much less effort than any other LBD.

I love how lace pieces allow you to create a certain mood- retro, glamorous, Italian bombshell, ultra feminine, whatever. Even your choice in hairstyle can change the whole mood of the dress: voluminous layers, soft old hollywood waves, a faux bob, or even a Dolce Gabbana-style french twist with whispy strands near your face.
Most of all, lace makes you feel like a woman- its delicate but very alluring and pretty much makes you feel like the best version of you. :)
Loving all this black lace, especially the Monique Lhuillier!
